Costa Rica had always been on their dream list, and for Olivia, the connection runs even deeper. As a teacher in the United States, she has always dreamed of one day giving back to the community here and sharing her passion for education as a teacher in Costa Rica. So when the opportunity came to celebrate their wedding in paradise, it felt like the perfect beginning to a dream that extends far beyond their wedding day.
The couple loves spending time together at festivals, dancing and enjoying music, so they knew their wedding needed to feel like a celebration from start to finish. Their vision came to life at Casa Rio Mar Villas & Wedding Venue, where the natural beauty of Jacó Beach provided the perfect backdrop for their Costa Rica destination wedding.
As the sun began to set over the Pacific, Olivia and Gavin exchanged vows during a breathtaking Jacó Beach sunset ceremony, surrounded by their closest family and friends. The golden light, ocean breeze, tropical scenery, and the sound of the waves created a moment they will never forget.
Guests enjoyed an open bar and a festive taco bar.The DJ quickly became one of the stars of the evening, playing Olivia and Gavin’s favorite songs and keeping everyone dancing late into the night. A spectacular light show added another unforgettable element to the celebration.
As the night came to an end, the entire wedding party found themselves in the pool, dressed up, laughing, dancing, and celebrating together under the Costa Rican night sky. It was spontaneous, joyful, and completely unforgettable.
We were honored to host Olivia and Gavin in Luxury Beach Villa #5, their private beachfront home just steps from the ocean. In only a few hours, the villa transformed from a beautiful Costa Rican beach house into an incredible wedding venue, decorated with locally sourced Costa Rican flowers, tropical greenery, romantic lighting, and breathtaking ocean views.
