Our concierge, Tia, was amazing!! She was VERY responsive and helpful. From addressing concerns and restaurant recommendations to arranging excursions and transportation, she was always on top of it!
The area feels safe, but having 24 hr security was a bonus. Ronnie and team kept watch, ensured the pool and grounds were clean every day, helped with maintenance, and kept unwanted street vendors moving along.
While we had a few maintenance issues, they were addressed. The dishwasher was broken but after a couple attempts to fix it, it was replaced. Early morning construction noise next door was annoying, but overall, the good exceeded any challenges.
We would visit again.”
