The property is set for completion in December 2024. You’ll have a dedicated concierge, who can coordinate every aspect of your vacation, including booking assistance for any of the adventure tours and sport activities, available in the region. Our gated resort community also comes with 24/7 security, a restaurant and bar on the beach, and chef services, upon request.

$1400 per night, $9800 weekly

Holiday Season (Dec 19th – Jan 3rd)
$2000 per night, $14000 weekly

High Season (Jan 4th – April 30th)
$1600 per night, $11200 weekly

One time cleaning fee $250, Add $100 for 4+ nights, Daily Light Cleaning Included.

“As soon as we booked the Airbnb, James reached out to introduce himself. The Casa Rio Mar concierge team was outstanding from day 1. We had our own personal concierge, Kat, who guided us through booking local excursions. She was quick to answer all of our questions in the months leading up to our vacation. When we arrived, Daniela was our concierge on site and was wonderful. We have been on a lot of vacations over the years, I have never had a concierge team who was as attentive as this one.

The house is brand new and has all of the conveniences of home and then some. The neighborhood is gated and there is a security guard on site 24/7. We felt very safe! The beachside restaurant, Mahi Mahi was very convenient and the food and cocktails were delicious. We rented golf carts to get into town which is close. We would highly recommend staying in this neighborhood managed by Casa Rio Mar!”
